Recipe: Kiki's Kicking Fajitas


With Fresh cilantro and gorgeous hot peppers from Full Plate Farm's CSA, it's the perfect time to make fajitas!

Grab one of Geof's choice top round steaks, and try Kiki's recipe below for a special weekend supper!

Kiki's Kicking Fajitas

1 Roselily Farm Top Round Steak
3 Full Plate shishito peppers, stems removed
3 Garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
1 Medium onion, lanced and sliced into half moons
1 Can of diced tomatoes or 2 large fresh, diced
1 Tbsp cumin, 
1 Tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn or flour tortillas

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker at 250 degrees for 2-3 hours.
Go to South Pond for a dip.
Make margaritas.
Shred the top round magic with 2 forks, wrap it up with sliced jalapeƱo, lettuce, Grafton Village Cheese Company cheddar cheese, and whatever else tickles your fancy!
