Kiki's Kicking Fajitas
1 Roselily Farm Top Round Steak
3 Full Plate shishito peppers, stems removed
3 Garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
1 Medium onion, lanced and sliced into half moons
1 Can of diced tomatoes or 2 large fresh, diced
1 Tbsp cumin,
1 Tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn or flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker at 250 degrees for 2-3 hours.
Go to South Pond for a dip.
Shred the top round magic with 2 forks, wrap it up with sliced jalapeño, lettuce, Grafton Village Cheese Company cheddar cheese, and whatever else tickles your fancy!
